Making your departure as smooth as possible
Our departure programme is designed to allow the transferee
and family to exit their property as quickly and smoothly
as possible. The components of our programme include:
- Lease termination
- On behalf of your employees, we will interact with
the real estate agent and/or landlord to terminate the lease.
- Inspection of property/deposit return
- We will accompany the inspection of property to be vacated
with the agent and arrange the return of any deposits made by the
employee or company. We can also coordinate the return of any
furniture rental pieces.
- Mail forwarding
- Mail forwarding can be arranged for all post.
- De-registration
- If necessary, we will assist with the de-registration procedures
with the appropriate local government authorities.
