specialists. Everything about our service is built around
a philosophy of high touch customer service based on our
ability to customize services for every unique family and
circumstance. Our menu of services includes:
- Detailed analysis of housing requirements
- Coordination of temporary living accommodation
- Preparation of the Accompanied viewing days
- The Assignee will be given a map of the area, itinerary for the
days, Guide to the country and questions and any other information
requested by the assignee

Lease negotiations
- Preparing the Tenancy agreement
- To represent the assignee at the check-in inventory
- Home purchase assistance where required
- Transfer of utilities into assignee's name, in some countries
the relocation companies can only give advice and assistance on setting up
the utility accounts and telephone/internet applications.
- On the day of moving-in the assignees are given a Neighbourhood guide
containing local information on doctors, dentist and other local information
- Advice on registering any local property taxes, if applicable
- Organising furniture rental, if required
