Location: Vienna, Austria
Description: to coordinate international moves with Interdean subsidiaries and partners abroad; to establish pricing conditions and quotations, intercompany pricing involved; to ensure the smooth and profitable transportation of shipments from the initial enquiry to closing with a pro-active, customer driven attitude, providing excellent support and communication, doing sales for combined services related to the move (ex. storage, relocation assistance).
Desirable Skills: Prior customer service experience, good telephone manner, previous relocation industry experience (advantage), excellent English and German, B driving licence of advantage.

Opportunity: Relocation/Home Search Consultant (part time)
Location: Vienna, Austria
Description: You will work independently and be remunerated per completed job of home search/orientation tour/or sometimes work and residence applications. You need to understand and know the rental regulation and local rules of lease negotiation with landlords/estate agencies. You should have excellent English and German knowledge as well as good orientation of Vienna. We expect you to be a communicative and organised candidate. B driving licence and own car of advantage.
Responsibilities: To do home search and orientation tours for international expatriates coming to Vienna with families, this includes required residence and utility/media registrations at their new homes; to assist and consult expatriates at meetings with landlords and estate agents; to do lease negotiations for them; to report to the Relocation Coordinator at Interdean with home search itinerary and activity overviews.

Opportunity: Global Mobility Coordinator (Full-time)
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Responsibilities: To consult and administer all components of an international relocation for Interdean clients. The position acts as a main point of coordination with the multinational corporate clients and relocating employees for all related activities (reporting, enquiries, policy administration and destination services) and with the Relocation Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the field of international assignments and global mobility. You will need to have a positive approach to customer service and be fluent in English (German advantage) with a deep understanding of international and localised relocation programmes.
You will be independent and well organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with expatriates and senior managers on a day-to-day basis. You will also be expected to have a thirst for knowledge and self-development.
