I came across this book through talking with some clients who had also picked it up. I found the section on global compensation and benefits particularly useful. 5/5

Joost Schramme, Interdean Belgium

A great book.  I found it particularly easy to read and a source of information that I constantly return to.  It can be a bit theoretical in parts, but I would still really recommend this for anyone who is looking to get an overview of the issues affecting HR in a modern, multinational organisation – it certainly puts into perspective how relocation fits into the bigger picture. 5/5

A comprehensive text on IHRM. Covers problems for the multinational global firm, evolution of multinational enterprise, and HRM strategy, staffing, organization and human resource development, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations, health and safety, support and special international services, comparative HR practices, development of HR managers, and the future of IHRM. Impressive in scope and depth. 5/5
