impact on the environment through those aspects of its business that it has direct control
over or can influence.

Interdean will quantify this, involving specialist external partners where required.

Interdean aims to set meaningful targets to continually improve on environmental
performance. Targets must be specific, timed, measurable and realistic.
Management & Control
Interdean sets clear and tangible plans, along with allocating resources and responsibilities
in order to achieve targets.

Stakeholder Involvement
Interdean realises the success of its environmental policy requires the involvement of its
stakeholder groups, including staff and the backing of senior management in order to
maximise the possibility of change. Environmental projects are managed by the Group
Manager Quality & Corporate Responsibility and endorsed by the Interdean Social
Responsibility Council.
